Senior Estimator – Greater Little Rock AreaWe are looking for a Senior Estimator who enjoys “nerding out” on numbers, details, and cost data to build accurate and reliable estimates for large-scale commercial projects. If you prefer the technical side of estimating over client presentations, this role is for you.Role OverviewPrepare detailed cost estimates from architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.Analyze subcontractor bids, review scopes, and assemble final pricing packages.Support company leadership with cost presentations and bid strategy.Collaborate with preconstruction managers, project managers, and executives.Maintain estimating databases and historical cost information.Qualifications7 years of estimating experience, ideally with a GC background.Strong knowledge of commercial construction means, methods, and costs.Proficiency with Excel and exposure to OST, Bluebeam, or similar software.Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.Strong collaborator with internal teams; client-facing experience not required.What You’ll GainStrong base salaryTwo weeks’ additional annual deferred compensation bonus.Opportunity to work on meaningful projects that impact communities across Arkansas.Flexible, collaborative, family-oriented workplace.Employment Type: Full TimeYears Experience: 5 - 10 yearsSalary: $113,000 - $153,000 AnnualBonus/Commission: Yes
