Job Description:
American Structure Inc. seeks a motivated and outgoing Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will attend pre-set and pre-qualified appointments to assess homes needing repair. Your primary responsibility will be developing and presenting repair plans, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.
Responsibilities:
- Attend pre-set and pre-qualified appointments scheduled by the company. No cold calling—our customers reach out to us!
- Must be able to work in confined spaces (Crawl spaces)
- Inspect homes that need foundation repair, drainage solutions or related services.
- Develop and present repair plans to customers, maximizing customer satisfaction and trust.
- Maintain excellent customer service and organizational skills to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Communicate with the production team to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Residential or Commercial Sales background in Construction is REQUIRED
- Salesforce experience Preferred, but not required
- Proven experience with one-call-close sales techniques.
- Excellent verbal communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Strong desire to succeed and achieve sales targets.
- Valid driver's license with a favorable driving record.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
