ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Ashlie Hultman Insurance Agency, Inc is a State Farm agency serving Washington & Idaho community. We are largely known for home & auto insurance with a large, established book of client households - we are expanding our financial service practice to help those clients with the next chapter of their financial lives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively reach out to existing State Farm clients to identify financial service needs
• Present and recommend annuity, life insurance, advisory, and brokerage solutions aligned to client goals
• Conduct retirement planning conversations with clients approaching or in retirement.
• Open and manage advisory and brokerage accounts, building a growing passive income stream.
• Maintain all required FINRA and state licensing and comply with applicable regulations.
• collaborate with agency team on cross-sell opportunities and client relationship management.
• Track activity, pipeline, and production in agency CRM

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Series 6 or 7 license and other relevant certifications.
• Must obtain Life & Health Insurance Licenses
• Must obtain Property & Casualty Licenses
• 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales, financial services, banking, or a client-facing sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and identify financial needs.
• Comfortable with financial planning conversations and retirement product knowledge
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with financial software and tools.
• High ethical standards and professionalism.
