Before becoming an agent, I spent 20 years in claims, including five years as a Director of Claims, bringing deep industry experience and leadership into the agency.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
