Overview
Ashley Insurance, Inc. is looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager at one of our four Eastern Shore Locations. We are looking for self-motivated individual to help service our commercial book of business, support our producers and work closely with our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals eager to make a positive impact through outside sales, negotiation, and comprehensive client service. This position requires a very strong attention to detail and superior communication skills.
Requirements
- Holds a P&C Insurance license
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Self motivated, Detail Oriented
- Be able to work well with our team
Responsibilities
- Service the current renewals, insurance policies and customers
- Manage existing client accounts by providing ongoing support, policy reviews, and renewal negotiations to maximize client retention and satisfaction
- Conduct detailed analysis of clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options aligned with their business objectives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with sales administration tasks such as policy documentation, and maintaining accurate client records
- Handle new business call in and walk in business
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
