Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced, professional leader with excellent communication, and organizational skills. Our Store Managers must have the ability to achieve goals, work in a fast-paced environment and lead the store's sales team. As a Store Manager for us, you will be responsible for store profitability, store maintenance, and sales support functions. You will also be responsible for the training and development of a team of commissioned sales associates ensuring store profitability and enhancing the customer shopping experience.

The Store Manager’s primary purpose is to maximize the stores growth and profitability. This role is responsible for creating a customer experience resulting in complete customer satisfaction, while meeting guidelines set forth by the company. The Store Manager adheres to all policies to ensure that all sales, financing, inventory, & merchandising guidelines are met. The store manager is responsible for creating an inspirational, fun, & productive culture. This includes weekly communication with the corporate office on sales trends, market conditions etc.

The Store Manager is accountable for meeting and exceeding store customer satisfaction, sales targets which include sales per guest (SPG), Gross Margin, and other key performance metrics. Lead the store in meeting and exceeding these goals through the optimization of guest conversion and sales tickets using the techniques provided by the company.

Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor, role-modeling the selling process, personally interacting with guests and being in a position to positively impact the sales process and ensure the Company’s brand is properly represented. Resolve guest issues in a professional, helpful manner that strikes the proper balance between guest satisfaction and financial responsibility to the company.

Compensation

- Compensation starting $60,000 per year

- Monthly quarterly bonus eligibility

What you offer:

• 3 years of Retail Store Management Experience
• The ability to take initiative, be self-directed and use time management.
• Ability to process information quickly and efficiently.
• Strong communication and effective leadership skills.
• Very organized and detail orientated individual.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with financing.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
