Tracking & Tracing
- Manage shipment tracking through ADS systems, resolving discrepancies and providing real-time updates
Customer Service & Support
- Deliver responsive customer service for furniture and 3PL operations
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and keep communication flowing between stakeholders
Operational Administration
- Validate operational data for accuracy across multiple systems
- Process Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation and research delivery disputes
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor on-time performance (OTP) metrics
- Generate reports, highlight trends, and identify opportunities for improvement
Skills & Experience
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation support roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
