What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time AM Pasta Server - Student Dining position at Ashland University and Careers?
Job Description
- Prepare pasta, sauces, breadsticks, and toppings needed for daily production.
- Complete related paperwork to document accurate product usage, and temp logs.
- Maintain safe food temperatures throughout meal period.
- Rotation of product, clean up and sanitation of area during and after shift.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
- 7:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Monday-Friday; every other weekend 11:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Required Qualifications
- Performs the duties in an efficient and positive manner.
- Meets the objectives of Ashland University and the needs of the student customer.
- Follows state health department guidelines and dress codes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Detail oriented, reliable as well as a self-starter.
- Able to work with little or no supervision.
Physical Demands
- Bending, lifting, standing for long periods.
- Tolerance to extreme heat when working in and around a kitchen environment.
