Position Title Part-Time PM Pasta - Student Dining Job Description

• Prepare pasta, sauces, breadsticks, and toppings needed for daily production.
• Complete related paperwork to document accurate product usage and temp logs.
• Maintaining safe food temperatures throughout meal period. Rotation of product, clean up and sanitation of area during and after shift.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Performs the duties in an efficient and positive manner, meeting the objectives of Ashland University and the needs of the student customer
• Follows state health department guidelines and dress codes
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Detail oriented, reliable as well as a self-starter
• Able to work with little or no supervision
  
  

Physical Demands

• Bending, lifting, standing for long periods
• Tolerance to extreme heat when working in and around a kitchen environment
