Job Description
- Assist other members of the dish room team clearing trays and plates of food from the tray accumulator.
- Assist with washing pots and pans.
- Puts pans and utensils away in the kitchen including clean-up of the area.
- Position works alone in area for Late Night Dining, Sunday – Thursday 8:00 p.m.-12:30 a.m.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable.
- Self-starter.
- Able to follow instructions.
- Work with minimal supervision if necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent.
Physical Demands
- Bending and standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
- Ability to work alone.
- Tolerance to extreme heat when working in and around kitchen environment.
