Responsibilities
- Oversee all active projects, ensuring schedules and milestones are met
- Manage dispatching, project scheduling, and resource allocation
- Understand materials, staff hours, and skill levels required for each project
- Assign jobs to the right team members based on strengths and availability
- Supervise and support field crews, ensuring quality standards are met
- Monitor operations for efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction
- Serve as a key liaison between field teams, office staff, and clients
- Proven experience in construction operations or project management, preferably in high-end residential remodeling or carpentry
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Deep understanding of construction workflows, materials, and trade staffing
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate clearly with staff, clients, and vendors
- Professional demeanor; able to represent Asheville Carpentry with integrity and warmth
- Tech-savvy enough to manage schedules, reporting, and communication tools
- Schedule: Full-time, exempt role, Monday-Friday
- Base Salary of $60,000 annually
- Bonus opportunities tied to project delivery and company growth, with potential total compensation up to $100,000
- Eligible for a dedicated vehicle for project supervision (per company policy)
