We are a growing and seeking outgoing, driven Entry Level Account Representatives to work directly with customers across Orange County through in-person outreach and daily sales campaigns.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Orange County. Team members report to the office each morning before working in assigned territories throughout the day.
What You'll Do
As an Entry Level Account Representative , you will:
- Engage directly with customers in assigned territories to discuss telecommunications solutions and service options.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales- and service-related questions.
- Learn and present telecommunications products and services in a clear, confident manner.
- Support the sales process from initial customer engagement through enrollment and follow-up.
- Identify opportunities to expand client accounts through upgrades and additional service offerings.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when appropriate.
- Track daily activity, performance, and customer information using internal systems.
- Collaborate closely with Entry Level Account Representative teammates and internal departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
