In this role, you will serve as the face of our organization by assisting customers directly, providing support with essential services, and creating positive customer experiences through face-to-face interactions in local communities.

Customer Service Representative (CSR) Responsibilities:

• Represent our team as a professional, customer-focused ambassador in local OC communities.
• Engage directly with customers to answer questions, provide service information, and deliver outstanding customer support.
• Assist customers with enrollment and account setup for essential connectivity and telecommunications services.
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication and personalized assistance.
• Maintain a positive, energetic presence while interacting with customers in residential and retail environments.
• Meet individual and team performance goals by delivering exceptional service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain organized records of enrollments and service updates.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve the customer experience and support company growth initiatives.

Customer Service Representative (CSR) Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Self-motivated and dependable with strong time management skills.
• Comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face in community and retail event settings.
• Ability to problem-solve and handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and adaptability in various working environments.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
