Job Description 7 - 10 years experience as a Leader in a lean manufacturing environment
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Lean Expertise: Proven track record implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworks.
Lead daily tier-accountability or performance control system meetings.
Apply lean tools like 5S , Kaizen , Value Stream Mapping , and Kanban to reduce waste and downtime.
Track Key Performance Indicators ( KPIs ) including Overall Equipment Effectiveness ( OEE ), scrap rates, and labor efficiency.
Sponsor root-cause problem-solving initiatives to fix recurring operational bottlenecks
