About the Role
Asgard Resources is hiring a Scale House / Loadout Coordinator to support our frac sand operations in Bainville, MT. This role is primarily based in the scale house (office setting) and focuses on coordinating truck traffic, processing load tickets, and keeping accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
If you're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with computers and people, this is a great fit. You'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring loads are processed accurately and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Weigh inbound and outbound trucks using computerized scale systems
- Create and process load tickets with accurate order, driver, and weight details
- Communicate with drivers and dispatch to keep traffic moving efficiently
- Enter and maintain records in our system with a high level of accuracy
- Monitor loadout activity and flag any discrepancies or issues
- Coordinate with operations and management as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional scale house environment
- Provide friendly, professional interaction with drivers and team members
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working on a computer and managing data entry
- Good communication skills and a calm, professional approach
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a steady workflow
- Previous scale house, dispatch, admin, or logistics experience is a plus
- CB/radio communication experience is helpful but not required
Work Environment
- Primarily indoors in a scale house/office setting
- Some interaction with truck drivers and operations staff
- Night shift schedule
