Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced MES Business Analyst to support the implementation of the OSCAR Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for Electronic Batch Records (EBR), equipment integration, and manufacturing process improvements. The ideal candidate will work closely with Manufacturing Operations and IT teams to gather business requirements, create user stories, facilitate workshops, support UAT, and ensure successful MES solution delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements for MES implementation.

Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with Manufacturing Operations, IT, and business stakeholders.

Support Electronic Batch Records (EBR), equipment integration, and MES initiatives.

Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement sessions.

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, and deployment activities.

Use Agile, Jira, and Confluence for project execution and documentation.

Perform data analysis and reporting using SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
