The Office Attendant plays a vital role in the daily operations of our community by providing exceptional customer service, supporting residents and visitors, and ensuring smooth administrative and office functions.
What You'll Do
- Greet residents, visitors, and staff in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Answer and direct telephone calls and messages.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the program.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Monitor building activity and assist with visitor screening.
- Submit maintenance requests and communicate building concerns.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports.
- Assist residents and staff during emergencies and other situations as needed.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
