Schedule (Part-Time Weekend)
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 midnight
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist residents, visitors, and staff
- Manage calls, messages, and front desk operations
- Monitor building access and ensure safety protocols
- Respond to questions and support daily needs
- Communicate important updates and coordinate with teams
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Be a calm, reliable presence during both routine and unexpected situations
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and responsive in a busy environment
- Comfort working with diverse populations, including seniors
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
