Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 base salary aggressive performance bonuses (Target OTE: $55,000 - $60,000 )

My name is Robbie, and I'm the CEO and founder of Ascential Brands (Ascential Buildings, Ascential Properties, and Ascential Retreats). I'm looking for a dedicated, sharp, and thick-skinned Apprentice & Executive Assistant to work with me directly. I've had over 20 years of active experience in entrepreneurship, corporate leadership, and real estate investing, and I'm ready to bring on a right-hand partner to help manage my portfolio while teaching you the exact blueprints of our company's success.

This is an all-access, high-intensity, hands-on apprenticeship. You will sit next to me, travel with me across our 7 regional locations, and learn the inner workings of multi-location sales management, commercial real estate, short-term rentals (Airbnbs), and residential portfolios.

• The BRRRR method of flipping properties for maximum profit.
• How to acquire, finance, and manage commercial and residential real estate.

What You Will Be Doing (The Grind)

You will wear two distinct hats: optimizing the CEO’s time and actively managing a local real estate portfolio. You must be comfortable with both high-level business strategy and getting your hands dirty in the field.

• Executive Support & Travel: Act as the CEO’s right-hand driver and coordinator during regional site visits across West Virginia and Virginia, transforming travel time into rolling strategy sessions.
• Property Turnarounds & Management: Take 100% ownership of our residential portfolio. This means handling online inquiries, screening tenants with high standards of integrity, showing units, and managing turnovers.
• Field Enforcement & Conflict Management: You cannot be conflict-avoidant. While we lead with grace and ethics, we also maintain firm boundaries. You will be responsible for filing courthouse paperwork, managing the legal eviction process, and working directly with local law enforcement to execute lockouts and secure properties.
• Light Maintenance Coordination: While you won't be doing heavy renovations, you must be comfortable assessing property damage, managing cleaning crews, handling minor handy-work, and ensuring units are rent-ready.

iThe Compensation & Bonus Structure

We believe in rewarding execution and stewardship. Your base salary is just the floor.

• Base Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 (Based on experience)
• Portfolio Management Bonus: 10% of monthly gross rental revenue for successfully occupied/managed units ($1,000 /month potential).
• Leasing & Turnaround Bonuses: Fixed financial bonuses paid out every time you successfully turn over a unit, close a new lease, or successfully navigate a legal eviction.
• Potential Relocation Bonus: to be paid out to anyone moving to the Beckley, WV area from 60 miles away after 60 days of work ($2,000 bonus)
• Possible Housing Discount of up to 50%: Live in one of our units for up to 50% off rent. We have 2-bedroom apartments and 3-bedroom homes with rent ranging from $795 to $1,395.
• Company Vehicle: will be provided as needed for job-related use.
