What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Person position at Mallory Real Estate Services LLC?
Job Summary
Family owned business seeking an additional maintenance person to help take care of commercial properties. Individual must be able to talk to tenants professional and with respect. Job would require knowledge in basic electrical (Example: replacing light fixtures), plumbing (Example: replacing a toilet), painting, light construction, but not limited to. Knowledge in installing flooring, repairing rubber roofs, and HVACs is a plus.

Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour
