How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Greet all visitors and clients with a professional demeanor, manage check-in procedures, and ensure a seamless flow of traffic through the lobby.
• Operate multi-line phone systems to screen and route calls, respond to general email inquiries, and manage the distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail.
• Support office operations by scheduling meeting rooms, maintaining digital filing systems, and assisting with data entry or document preparation.
• Monitor office and kitchen supply levels to initiate reorders, ensure the reception area remains tidy, and serve as a liaison for building maintenance or vendors.
  
  

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
