How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Oversee daily operations, workflow, staffing, and nursing resources to ensure efficient unit performance and high-quality patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead staff management efforts, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation to support team development and accountability.
- Manage budgets and resource allocation, monitoring expenditures and resolving operational issues to maintain effective and compliant care delivery.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Required Credential(s):
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative
