Education:
Prefer 2 years of health care marketing, business development, admissions, or clinical liaison experience.
Existing relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, or referral partners preferred.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned market.

- Admissions & Resident Onboarding: Evaluates prospective referrals through in-person visits and facility tours while managing pre-admission paperwork, cross-departmental coordination, and seamless move-in procedures.
- Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strong referral source networks to ensure steady, efficient resident admissions and timely information gathering.
- Family & Resident Education: Educates prospective residents and families on available facility services and tailored resources to match individual care needs.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
