About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to support the CEO. This role blends personal and operational support, requiring someone who can juggle multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.
Ideal candidates value variety and ownership—helping manage the CEO’s daily schedule, household logistics, and internal office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Support (CEO & Family)
- Schedule and coordinate personal appointments (e.g., doctors, childcare, household services)
- Manage and process personal bill payments with accuracy and timeliness
- Book and coordinate personal and family travel (flights, accommodations, itineraries)
- Run errands and handle local logistics within NYC
- Assist with planning and executing family events and celebrations
- Support special projects and personal initiatives as directed by the CEO
Office & Calendar Management
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritizing meetings, appointments, and daily flow
- Prepare the CEO’s daily agenda with relevant background and briefing materials
- Order office supplies and liaise with vendors and service providers
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a personal or office assistant, or in a similar support role
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage logistics and longer-term planning
- Clear, timely, and professional communicator
- Trustworthy and discreet with sensitive personal and professional information
- Independent, adaptable, and responsive to shifting priorities
- Comfortable with digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Airtable, calendar systems)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in personal or administrative support roles
- Familiarity with NYC-based services, schools, and scheduling logistics a plus
- Experience tracking hours and supporting billing/payables is preferred
Compensation & Schedule
- Starting Salary: $55,000–$70,000/year
- Bonus: Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on quality of personal support, time management, and organizational impact across both home and office operations
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (aligned with CEO’s working hours)
- Occasional evening or weekend responsiveness as needed
