Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a high-performing Intellectual Property associate to join our client's growing team in New York. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of patent litigation experience as well as a background in electrical or mechanical engineering. BSEE/BSME preferred. A strong academic background and excellent research, writing and communication skills are essential for this role. Candidate should have experience in taking and/or defending depositions, trial experience, brief writing, and oral motion practice before the courts.
Bar admission required for the jurisdiction of practice. The anticipated pay range for this role is $205,000 – $225,000.
