Staff Accountant

Primary Duties

• Record and review journal entries for monthly activity, ensuring transactions are properly classified and supported
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and research discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and related management reports
• Assist with the month-end and quarter-end close process, including variance and trend analysis
• Maintain and update supporting schedules for revenue, expenses, and intercompany accounts
• Partner with management on special projects, providing insight and recommendations for process improvements
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Contribute to financial documentation and reporting for internal and external use

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
• 1 of hands-on accounting experience
• Familiarity with Netsuite or other ERP/accounting platforms
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment and able to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
