We're a certified minority-owned staffing firm based in New York City, known for our industry expertise, local market knowledge, and speed-to-market approach in placing Accounting, Finance, Financial Services, Compliance, Healthcare, Legal, IT, HR, and administrative talent.
We're growing our NYC team and looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for Accounting & Finance placements — from sourcing to close.
What you'll do:
- Run a full desk — source, screen, and place top A&F talent
- Market top consultants to our internal sales team
- Analyze market trends and build your own candidate network
- Source across CFO, controllership, tax, audit, FP&A, AP/AR, payroll, and more
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, and reference checks
What you bring:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Conflict resolution chops and the ability to juggle multiple searches at once
- Business/HR acumen and a client-first mindset
- A sense of urgency and initiative in a fast-paced environment
- 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred, not required
