About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Administrative Support professional to help clear a backlog and support year-end processing. This role focuses on high-volume data entry across 7 online portals, processing rebates and installation paperwork, with accuracy and professional communication being essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry across 7 online portals, primarily for utility company rebates.
• Process financing applications, rebate submissions, warranty registrations, permits, and Costco paperwork.
• Verify documentation for completeness and accuracy before submission.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and complete installation job files.
• Follow up on outstanding submissions, missing information, approvals, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with installation coordinators to ensure paperwork is processed and job files are closed out promptly.
• Provide general administrative support to assist with backlog clearance and year-end processing.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and numerical information.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with a friendly, polished, and professional communication style.
• Previous experience in data entry, administration, billing, or order processing preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, preferred.
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple online platforms and portals.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
