Northeast Regional Sales Manager

Overview

We are partnering with an innovative organization that provides technology-driven solutions to hospitals, healthcare systems, universities, and clinical training organizations. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop new business, grow existing accounts, and manage a Northeast territory selling high-value healthcare technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business within hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, and healthcare institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer support before and after the sale.

Qualifications

• 2 years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Healthcare, medical device, medical technology, healthcare IT, or related sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling into hospitals or healthcare systems is highly desirable.
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable managing a remote territory with frequent travel.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CRM experience required.
