Now Hiring: Business Development & Marketing Manager (Construction)

Location: South Florida

Compensation: $95K–$130K

We are working with a growing construction firm looking to add a Business Development and Marketing Manager to their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the construction or AEC industry who can support both client development and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Build and maintain relationships with Architects, Engineers, Developers, and Owners
• Identify and track new opportunities (RFPs/RFQs)
• Manage and develop a sales pipeline
• Support proposals, presentations, and client pitches
• Participate in industry events, pre-bids, and client meetings
• Collaborate with leadership on pursuit strategy and go/no-go decisions

Marketing Support

• Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
• Manage and maintain CRM data and reporting
• Support campaigns, branding, and content initiatives
• Work closely with leadership on marketing strategy

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in business development/marketing within construction or AEC
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools (Adobe, Canva, etc.)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
