Fund Accounting Manager

We’re hiring a Fund Accounting Manager to support a growing real estate investment platform focused on institutional-quality development and long-term value creation.

This role sits at the center of fund reporting, consolidation, valuation support, and audit/tax coordination—working across complex investment structures and delivering accurate, GAAP-compliant financial reporting to leadership and investors.

You’ll own monthly and quarterly close processes, consolidated financial statements, and technical accounting under ASC 946, ASC 820, and ASC 810, while partnering closely with Finance, Asset Management, and external auditors.

What you’ll do:

• Lead fund-level close and consolidated financial reporting
• Support investment valuation and fair value reporting
• Manage intercompany eliminations, capital activity, and ownership structures
• Coordinate audit and tax deliverables (including K-1 review and support)
• Build and improve reporting processes, controls, and close efficiency
• Deliver financial reporting packages and investor-ready analytics

What we’re looking for:

• 6–10 years of accounting experience
• Background in real estate private equity, fund accounting, or investment management
• Strong understanding of ASC 810, 820, and 946
• CPA strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability
• Ability to translate complex accounting issues into clear business insight

Preferred: Yardi or similar real estate accounting systems experience
