- Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive disaster recovery protocols and business continuity strategies.
- Direct the strategic selection and deployment of hardware and software solutions to enhance overall efficiency and client service.
- Serve as the primary authority for resolving escalated technical incidents and infrastructure challenges.
- Manage the technology budget to ensure resources are utilized effectively and cost solutions are optimized.

Qualifications:
