- Credit Analyst supporting a small, collaborative credit team
- Commercial loan experience is required; residential and small business lending exposure is a plus but not sufficient on its own
- Key focus on credit risk analysis, including evaluating borrower financials and overall creditworthiness
- Perform cash flow analysis, collateral evaluation, and financial modeling for new loans, renewals, and annual reviews
- Review and analyze financial statements, tax returns, projections, and supporting loan documentation
- Prepare detailed written credit memos and analysis reports to support lender decision-making
- Utilize Excel and loan systems to spread financials, track data, and maintain accurate records
- Ensure adherence to credit policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
- Work closely with lending teams while also operating independently under senior leadership
- On-site role (5 days/week) with a quick hiring process, targeting candidates who can start immediately and grow within the team over time
