Our client is seeking an Administrative Manager to serve as the local administrative leader for a growing Wealth Management branch.
This role oversees client service operations, manages administrative staff, supports Financial Advisor onboarding, and ensures the branch operates in full alignment with firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and day-to-day management of administrative and client service teams.
- Conduct performance reviews, make personnel decisions, and foster a high-performing, client-focused culture.
- Educate employees on firm policies, operational procedures, compliance standards, and client service best practices.
- Oversee Financial Advisor onboarding, licensing coordination, technology setup, and branch integration.
- Implement service standards and ensure consistent delivery of a superior Client Experience.
- Partner with Operations, Compliance, HR, and leadership to support branch initiatives and ongoing process improvements.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for administrative and support roles within the branch.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a leading financial institution, ideally within wealth management or brokerage operations.
- Proven leadership experience managing client service, operations, or administrative teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- FINRA Registrations: Series 7, 66, and 8 or 9 and 10.
