Position: Trusts & Estates Transactional Attorney
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL (Fully Onsite)
A boutique law firm is seeking a mid-level Trusts & Estates Transactional Attorney to join its Palm Beach Gardens, FL office. This role focuses exclusively on sophisticated estate planning and trust administration. The ideal candidate will have strong transactional Trusts & Estates experience and be comfortable working closely with senior partners on complex estate planning matters.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- LL.M. in Taxation, Tax Law, Estate Planning(preferred)
- Active license to practice law in Florida
- 4 years of transactional Trusts & Estates experience
- Extensive experience drafting wills, trusts, estate plans, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
- Experience with sophisticated estate planning or trust administration
- Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage matters independently in a collaborative environment
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $180,000. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
