A highly respected and established real estate law practice is seeking a Real Estate Closing Attorney to join its growing team.

For nearly 50 years, this firm has successfully guided clients through tens of thousands of residential and commercial real estate transactions. The practice represents buyers, sellers, lenders, developers, builders, financial institutions, REO sellers, and investors in complex, high-volume transactions.

What You'll Do:

• Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing and post-closing matters

• Review and prepare purchase agreements, deeds, settlement statements, title commitments, loan documents, and other closing documents

• Analyze and resolve title-related issues

• Advise buyers, sellers, lenders, developers, and investors on transactional matters

• Coordinate with lenders, title companies, real estate agents, opposing counsel, and clients to facilitate successful closings

What We're Looking For:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Active admission and good standing with the Georgia State Bar

• 2 years of experience handling residential and/or commercial real estate transactions and closings

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 – $120,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
