A well-established, multi-office law firm is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join its Stamford team. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial real estate and finance matters while collaborating with experienced attorneys in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What you’ll do:
- Draft and negotiate commercial real estate agreements and financing documents
- Handle due diligence related to real estate acquisitions and financing transactions
- Work on acquisition, construction, and/or mezzanine financing matters
- Draft and negotiate agreements of sale for commercial real estate
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients on sophisticated transactions
What we’re looking for:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Connecticut Bar or ability to practice in Connecticut
- Experience handling commercial real estate and/or real estate finance matters
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $180,000. [Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.]
