A growing plaintiff-side firm is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney to take ownership of a strong pipeline of cases, with the support and structure needed to focus on outcomes—not just volume.
What You’ll Do
- Manage workers’ compensation cases from intake through resolution
- Handle hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations
- Build case strategy and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with a team that values efficiency and results
What We’re Looking For
- 0-5 years of workers’ compensation or relevant litigation experience
- Comfortable managing a full caseload with ownership
- Strong communicator who can handle clients and negotiations with confidence
- Illinois Bar, in good standing
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$100,000 – $200,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
