Owner Relations Specialist

About the Role

The Owner Relations Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, partners, or stakeholders. This role serves as the primary point of contact for owners, ensuring satisfaction, clear communication, and alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and skilled in conflict resolution and communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist customers with account questions, providing accurate and timely information
• Process accounts payable, including reviewing, coding, and entering invoices
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and discrepancies
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in office administration, customer service, or accounting preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of accounts payable processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with accounting software (Wolfepak)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $45,000-$65,000 base annually plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
