Job Title: Gaming Producer

Location:Redmond, WA - 98052

About the Role

• Own tracking, management, and reporting of tasks and workstreams
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, localization)
• Review schedules and provide actionable feedback on roadmaps
• Identify risks and proactively remove blockers
• Communicate progress, updates, and dependencies to stakeholders
• Improve workflows by introducing tools and process enhancements
• Support live operations, content delivery, and ongoing development

Must-Have Skills

• 5 years leading meetings, tracking deliverables, and driving execution
• 5 years using project management tools (Azure DevOps preferred)
• 5 years creating clear reports and communicating with stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in game production (PC/console)
• 2 shipped titles with a credited Producer role
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience working with distributed teams
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, MS Teams, and Office tools
• Passion for gaming and player experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with live-service (Games-as-a-Service) titles
• Familiarity with RTS games (Real Time Strategy)
• Technical knowledge (C#, C , or similar)
• Scrum certification (CSM/CSPO)

Salary and Other Compensation:The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between [$50,000 - $120,000 annually].  Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
