A growing, boutique litigation firm is hiring a Litigation Attorney (3–7 years) to step into a hands-on role with immediate responsibility, direct client interaction, and meaningful impact on case strategy.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Manage a caseload of ~30–50 matters
- Handle a mix of civil litigation, Commercial & Banking Law, Construction Law, Corporate, Business Law, Insurance law, Landlord & Tenant, Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Wills & Probate, and Real Estate Law.
- Drive case strategy, settlements, and client communication
- Work closely with experienced attorneys—no layers, no bottlenecks
✅ What They’re Looking For
- 3–7 years of litigation experience
- Strong general civil litigation background
- Someone who wants ownership, not just support work
💰 Billable and Bonus:
- Bonus Structure:
- $200K collections → 20% bonus
- $250K collections → 30% bonus
- Billables: 1,300 hours (reasonable sustainable)

- First 90 days: onsite immersion for faster ramp-up
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 – $170,000. [Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.]
