Insurance Defense Attorney
Location: Arizona (Remote)
We’re seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join a well-established law firm with a strong litigation practice. This is a fully remote opportunity offering the chance to handle a diverse caseload while working with a collaborative and high-performing team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing cases across multiple areas of insurance defense.
Role Expectations:
- Handle a broad range of insurance defense matters, including trucking/automobile accidents, personal injury, construction defect, and premises liability cases
- Manage cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and mediations as needed
- Collaborate with insurance carriers, clients, and internal teams to develop effective litigation strategies
- Provide timely reporting and strategic guidance to clients and stakeholders
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
