About the Role:
Job Title: ERP Consultant
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned ERP Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle EBS and strong domain knowledge in manufacturing or CPG. This role will play a critical part during the ERP due diligence and transition phases, providing strategic advisory to ensure a smooth and efficient migration. The consultant will guide ERP assessments, optimize configurations, map business processes, identify gaps, and ensure compliance while driving modernization through AI-enabled analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advisory on Oracle EBS across key modules including Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, SCM, and Quality
- Assess current ERP landscape and recommend optimization strategies
- Lead business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution alignment with business goals
- Support due diligence and transition activities for ERP transformation initiatives
- Ensure SOX compliance across ERP processes and controls
- Advise on supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing workflows
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align ERP solutions with organizational needs
- Provide guidance on AI-driven ERP analytics and process automation to enhance operational efficiency
- Support roadmap planning for ERP modernization and potential cloud migration
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS (minimum 5 modules: Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, SCM, Quality)
- Deep understanding of food manufacturing or CPG industry processes
- Proven experience in ERP assessment, configuration optimization, and advisory
- Expertise in business process mapping and gap analysis
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing workflows
- Experience ensuring SOX compliance in ERP environments
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and automation in ERP ecosystems
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with dairy or cheese manufacturing processes
- Exposure to Infor Optiva or other PLM tools
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud migration or transformation programs
Salary and Other Compensation:The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between [$170,000-180,000 annually]/[$90.00-100.00 per hour]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
