ERP Consultant - Public Sector (Multiple Roles, Contract, Remote)

Engineering Solutions Inc. is actively seeking experienced consultants to support immediate and upcoming public sector ERP advisory engagements.

We are building a project-based team and are currently engaging consultants across multiple roles, including:

• ERP consultants (strategy, assessments, requirements, roadmap)
• Project / Program Managers (governance, vendor oversight)
• Functional SMEs – Finance, HR/Payroll, Procurement, Grants
• Municipal & Education ERP specialists (Tyler, Ellucian, Workday, etc.)
** Municipal ERP SME (Tyler / Incode) **
• Change management & training leads

This is a contract-based advisory engagement, supporting ERP needs assessments, procurement (RFP development), and vendor selection for public sector clients.

Ideal Experience

• Public sector ERP (state, municipal, or higher education)
• Experience supporting needs assessments, RFP development, vendor selection, or implementation oversight
• Strong understanding of finance, HR/payroll, and cross-department workflows
• Experience with platforms such as Tyler Technologies (Incode), Ellucian, Workday, or similar

Engagement Details

• 1099 contract, hourly engagements
• U.S.-based / U.S. citizen consultants
• Remote-first, with occasional travel for key milestones
• Immediate and near-term opportunities
