Employment Litigation Paralegal (Paralegal – Employment Law)
Multiple Locations: Los Angeles, San Diego & Irvine, CA – Hybrid Role
We’re seeking a talented Employment Litigation Paralegal to join a respected California law firm with a strong employment law practice. You’ll support dynamic litigation teams handling wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, PAGA, class actions and other employment disputes, gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

Role Expectations:
• Assist with discovery, pleadings, motions, and legal filings.
• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation.
• Maintain accurate billing with annual billable target ~1300–1400 hours.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $115,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
