Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Windows 11 operating systems.
- Support PCs, laptops, and printers.
- Assist with 365 (Office applications) related issues.
- Utilize the ticketing system for issue tracking and resolution.
- Utilize remote tools such as Quick Assist, Teams, and.
- Support business applications including, LARA, MACS3, QlikSense, Citrix Workspace App, and.
- Ensure Ethernet / TCP/IP connectivity for network operations.
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $40,000 - $50,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
