About the Role:
Title: Customer Support/Data Entry
Location: Sacramento, CA
Skills & Qualifications Required
Position Requirements:
- Review the accurate processing of Journal Vouchers and escalate to the supervisor as needed.
- Review the accurate processing of Data Changes and escalate to the supervisor as needed.
- Post and balance all collection agency and attorney suit payments.
- Process all warranty and Gap refund checks on members’ accounts.
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $41,000 - $45,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
