Title: Civil Litigation Attorney
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of civil litigation matters from initial evaluation through trial or settlement.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation documents.
- Handle discovery processes, including depositions, document review, and case strategy development.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in Civil litigation (Employment Law preferred).
- Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities.
Salary and Other Compensation:
- The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$200,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
