Bankruptcy Attorney | Philadelphia, PA - Hybrid | $130,000–$200,000 Base bonus and benefits
What You'll Handle:
- Represent debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, lenders, financial institutions, trustees, creditor committees, investors, and other stakeholders in bankruptcy and restructuring matters.
- Assist with Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and complex business reorganisations.
- Analyse and advise clients regarding rights, claims, liens, priorities, and remedies under the Bankruptcy Code.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience handling commercial bankruptcy or restructuring matters preferred.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
Salary and Other Compensation:
- The annual salary for this position is between $130,000-$200,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
