Elder Law / Estate Planning Paralegal
New Jersey (Onsite)
Salary – $90K - $110K
A well-established law firm expanding its presence in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Elder Law / Estate Planning Paralegal to support attorneys handling elder law, Medicaid planning, and estate planning matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional with relevant private-client experience who is looking to grow within an established and collaborative practice.
What You’ll Do:
- Support attorneys with Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Trusts & Estates matters
- Prepare and organize estate planning documents, including wills and trusts
- Gather and organize client financial and personal documentation
- Maintain accurate client files and case documentation
- Communicate with clients, families, courts, and other parties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of relevant paralegal experience preferred
- Experience in Elder Law, Estate Planning, or Trusts & Estates
- Experience with Medicaid planning or Medicaid applications is preferred.
- Probate and estate administration experience is a plus
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
