Associate Attorney

Title: Associate Attorney (Advertising/Marketing)

Location: Remote (Must be licensed in either Illinois, California, Texas or Washington D.C.)

Responsibilities:

• Experience reviewing and clearing marketing and promotions materials for advertising legal issues, including claims and disclosures for sales incentives, sweepstakes, contests, games, loyalty programs, and other marketing activities, as well as drafting related rules/terms.
• Experience working in all forms of digital media, including social media.
• Experience with social media influencer agreements and relationship management.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years minimum in Advertising/Marketing law.
• Must be licensed in either Illinois, California, Texas or Washington D.C.
• An interest in learning Privacy/Data Security law.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify and analyse issues and devise solutions and strategies.
• Ability to independently manage own workload while working in a primarily remote-work environment and ask for assistance or clarification when needed.

Salary and Other Compensation:

• The annual salary for this position is between $140,000-$180,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
